Hi,
I have a Windows WPF application that will have some reporting features in it.
Reports can be either Crystal Reports or SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
In this release I will have about 6 Reports to be done.
Some are very simple graphs and others are quite complicated with averages and sums to be calculated as well as Formatted HTML Tool tips on certain fields.
The attached screen shots show the different reports as taken from an excel sheet.
What i will need to have is :
A Visual studio 2008 project that has these Reports as well as a Data set for each report.
What I will be doing is fill the Data set (that you will build) and pass it to the report (that you will build as well) and then show it inside my application.
Deliverable:
VS 2008 Project with
- A data set for each report
- Each of the reports built based on the corresponding dataset
Another VS2008 test project with sample data (hardcoded) showing the filling of the data set and the creation of each report.
## Deliverables
I am a developer myself so please keep me updated of all decisions that will be taken.
I want the projects in C#.NET using visual studio 2008
* * *I need a confirmation on two points regarding some questions I got frequently:
1) Will you be able to create the tool tips as "Formatted" tips with bold, underline, font size, etc.. (I will provide the exact text)
2) There will be no direct access to a database. You need to build these reports with a dataset (Or object) as datasource. You will need to provide a "separate" test application to fill the dataset to be passed to the report. I also want to add the fact that this is a WPF desktop application, not web based.
