CURL & PHP - need to post to a page and get results

I'm working on creating a script which posts to a webpage and obtainst he results automatically.? I have the script in place and have been unable to bypass a 404 error.? I can no longer spend time on this so I'm looking to outsource it in hopes that someone can identify the problem. The code is already in place and probably needs a few lines or tweaking.? This is done from php and makes use of cURL.
