Client server web application(repost)

We need web based client/server application. The application will have a main interface with a menu of options. Each option will trigger a process. An interview form will be filled out and will populate predefined forms that already exists in pdf form. The data taken from the intake questionnarie will drive the whole process. Each new file will be tagged with a certain descriptor and generate an appropriate case number. Letter templates and reports will be key in the application. Each case number will have to have a log entry that will be mandatory everytime the case is accessed. Each case number should have specific documents that will be attached to the file by either scanning or application generation. These should be able to be previewed. Each document needs a timestamp and be tagged as sent, recieved, or pending. I will submit a flow chart of logic to the winning bidder of this project. The application should also have a profile so depending on who is logging into the app the letterhead and addresses should reflect that. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
