Clone of site using CRE Pro

I would like to have a clone template of [login to view URL] using CRE loaded with cre cs auto notification, cre cs banner, cre cs message, cre cs order status monitor pro and seo urls. The clone have to include everything including products and categories with images. For instance if the templates have round boxes then if it will be viewed from right to left it should be able to maintain the template look and feel without disturbing the appearance. White background is preferred and The banner on front page have to be dynamic which is already support by these free commerce systems. The award will be based on cheapest and fastest delivery. Please do not forget to have second language to be added, which I assume can be done at the last, where I will fill up the translation of the all the items. "Direction right to left" for the second language and template should support that. Template have to be stretched over the entire browser, It should be able to shrink and expand based on the screen resolution. Please explain what add-on you can provide if the project is awarded to you. I do not intend to read the marketing stuff rather that provide me details on how will you benefit this project. Please provide me detail list as per you understanding and date of completion! If you are thinking that I need to have a new store coded then its completely misunderstanding, I would rather want to use CRE loaded and make it like becheeky So please bid realistic amount as this is not a huge project and if there is a someone who knows what CRE loaded or have the pro scripts then he can do this template job within 1 day! the only thing which will consume time will be the uploading images from that site, also that could be done using surfoffline kind of software. Team who is been in the industry can do this job within days so I expect that to see serious bidders with real amounts! Thanks PS: CRE Pro scripts will be preferred.
