Company Job Tracker(repost)

It is a PHP/MySQL project. I think it is fairly straight forward, and to lower the cost, I'm going to give you all the data design and interface requirements. I'll get you more information, but it is essentially about a 7-8 table database that tracks jobs for a company. Essentially it goes like this: Someone logs in (with one of three security levels (full access, read only, or no access). They are met with a search screen (search by job name, number or address) or a "Add new job" link. If they do a search, they're met with a list of jobs (columns: job#, job name, and status) If they click "new job" or click one of the jobs in the list, they are taken to a series of about 5 tabs with about 100 fields to track, the default tab being "Job Info". In reality, all these fields are mostly string fields with some drop-down combo boxes. There are a handful of calculations to perform-- simple quantity * cost = price stuff. There are some additional parts to the "Bid" tab, but very straight forward. I will provide exact requirements soon including concept screen shots, etc. But I wanted to get a sense of what people would bid on this. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP/MySQL
