Convert Word DOC into XML

I have 140 word documents of various writings that I need to put into 4 different XML documents for different sections of a website: EXILE KAPOOF OBSERERVATIONS POLITOESE The word docs include italics which will need HTML tags in the XML versions (*,*. There are also tabs and any unnecessary paragraph breaks need to be removed from the word docs. I will provide you with a zip file of 4 folders for each section containing word docs and the XML file for each section.
