Course booking system

I require a small add on to my existing website which will allow people to book a place (or several) on a training course. Expect to have between 6 and 10 courses maximum running at a time. Course places available are required to be adjusted automatically after each booking and some method for the administer to easily update the number of places and course dates is required. Online payment is *not* required. A confirmation email should be returned advising a place is booked. Option to submit details to a waiting list for courses which are full to be included. Individual and company details should be recorded and forwarded by email to the administrator. Currently use Dreamweaver for web design. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform In all 3.0+ versions of explorer and Netscape.
