Create CodeSmith Template

Create a CodeSmith template that analyzes a SQL 2005 table and automatically creates SQL scripts for Stored Procedures (for SQL 2005), a DAL (that uses Microsoft Patterns and Practice's Data Access Block version 3.1), business objects (classes that represent the table's columns), sortable datalists that display the data from the table's records with edit/delete capabilities and finally a form to create new records into the database.
