Customer Form

Just a little part of a big project to see, which coder we are going to work with. Project involve HTML / PHP / MYSQL / and maybe some Javascript and Ajax. The First step is to build a Customer Form with the following Field in French: Nom Prénom Société Telephone : Adresse1 Adresse 2 etc... A simple customer form for a Commercial Project application. ## Deliverables - The customer form - The Database table - The php file to add the forms data into the table - A security check of all the field asked in the form when insert and update the datas ( email in good format etc.) - The PHP file or HTML file to display the custumer data on screen with the Button Modify and delete - The PHP file to modify a customer Data - The PHP file to delete the custumer Data - A PHP file To display all the customers in row with the button : modify and delete for each of them. No css and design needed. No use of PHP CLASS ## Platform Running : PHP5, Mysql 4.1 on windows XP. Must run on IE + and more , FF, Safari
