Data Counting From a Cisco Switch

We are looking at counting data for our co - location customers, we need a program that has a web interface and can be logged into by our customers to view graphs of their traffic and data usage for the past 24 hours and the past 30 days etc. There must also be a admin panel where our staff can login and view what each customer has used etc. The data will be outputted from our Cisco 2429 switches in the SNMP form. We would also like the program to integrate into the counting feature of Modern bill 4.0 but this is not a requirement, we would also like the web interface to be able to display the incoming link of the switch on a t.v or other external screen for monitoring, and be able to monitor 3-4 switches in one, or on different screens. Not too sure what this is worth, but if someone could advise that would be great. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under Australian & U.S Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Cent OS, Apache
