Through this project we want to identify potential demand and competition for our product around an area identified by zip-code depending on our set variables. (see attached document for details.) We get zip-code as input and than run against our farm city model to find which of the farm cities are around the given location within a defined radius. Farm city model is a data base of zip-code (area) that will be considered as good location for our product. We have 4 types of farms (cattle, Horse, Sheep& Goat, and Hobby) Depending on count of farms/headcount/income/spending we will scale this location as Strong, scaled or poor location for that particular type of farm (we are working on this decision criteria). Looking at what type of farms are there near the location we need to decide it’s overall fencing region again same scale (strong, scaled, poor) (see attached doc, the matrix in step 3 ) Once the location is decided as strong or scaled we recommend product assortment for that location. (criteria defined in step4) The application should have upload function i.e. we should be able to update database (farm city, product, and prices). Generate list of product from database. In future we would be making this application available online at our website so should be flexible to incorporate changes. Attached zip folder. has 3 files: 1) Front end application : screen shot what the input screen should be like. It needs some art work we can decide later. 2) Report: what report will be like. I created in word doc, but it could be excel. 3)Report_comments: what goes in to create report and what are decision variables ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP, all 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer
