Design create and code a website

This project is to design, create, and code a website with user generated content. The website will allow users to register, upload content, and comment on content. The content will be uploaded by users through 2 methods- cut and paste in form fields or by uploading .doc or .pdf files. Uploaded content will be typically be 1 page. Users that upload will create a user generated title and select a category. Users will be able to browse content by categories, view content and provide limited, 300 character comments which will then remain associated with the content. Users will be able to mark comments as helpful or flag it. The user who posted the comment will receive a score based on these comments. There will be additional static pages. Users will be required to sign up before uploading content or making comments. Sign up will collect personal information and include a CAPTCHA challenge. All uploaded content and comments should be able to be flagged by all users. When a user flags content as inappropriate, an automatic message should be sent to the administrator section of the web page with a link or create and automatic email with a link. There should be an administrator section of the web page to allow admin to remove content or comments. The following content has been outlined and/or defined. Web site flow chart, number of pages (8), design and layout of pages, content on pages. The designer will suggest and determine programming language, write all code, suggest and design database and commenting, design admin section, and design of comment scoring. Proposals should include links for working webpages that provide similar functionality.
