C# Node Structure DLL

The range is 100$ and up. I realize that some of you might wish for 1000 or more, and that might be a possibility depending on your proposal, and my confidence in your understanding. I have a special Node system that will require some specialized database work, including the ability to create additional tables dynamically. (almost the same every time) I have the project outlined very clearly. With the exception of the code layout. All features that are outlined int the document must be easily operatable through classes provided by the dll. This is a foundation to a much larger project/series of projects. Effective work on this will help you secure future work with me for expanding this. I would expect weekly updates at MINIMUM. I am a highly experienced C# developer currently contracted to MS. I know how to do the entire project, but the time is my only issue. It is cheaper for me to spend the money than the time. If you run into snags along the way, please feel free to question anything, including your approach. I will be reviewing the code. My anticipate is that the first draft should be done within 3-4 weeks, with 1 extra week for odd fixes. It's not a lot of work for this. I expect XML comments on ALL public fields/Methods, Classes, and all private Methods.
