availability calendar(repost)

I’m looking create an availability system for self-catering accommodation. I had a coder creat one for me, but now need it edited, and the coder has left the site. The problem is with the month date showing.? The public side of the system? changes to show the latest month available - that is it moves through the months as the date changes through the year and only displays the latest month. This is good. But it also then moves all the bookings on? one month. So the 18th of march becomes the 18th of april. That is not good. I can give a coder access to this via ftp if you think you can fix it. Atherwise I will need to look at bids starting all over again. The public side needs a graphical calendar showing the full year, and next year, with the days available in one colour, and the days booked out in another. It also needs ‘clickable’ dates to select the start date and end date of a proposed booking and the booking request submitted, by form. It does not need to be a booking system; just a request. And the ability for the owner to block dates out? i.e. show days booked out ??" preferably in a different colour. (I’ll put this in a secure directory) It needs a PropertyID field to be able to differentiate between different properties. MySQL database & php pages to query the database. I don’t want to give access to the database server, so I will need to install / replicate any database tables. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux, MySQL database & php pages to query the database.
