ActionScript/Flash/Wowza Media Streaming - Advanced

We are in need of a flash developer who is very proficient in ActionScript 3. Our site is similar to video streaming sites - [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc. You will be responsible for building a flash based broadcaster with the Wowza platform, as well as performing several tasks on the broadcaster such as co-hosts (multiple cameras broadcasting). You will also be required to make a flash chatbox with moderation and several other features. There may be a few more tasks, for example the chatbox will need to pull users from the database and arrange them in a userlist based on usergroup (moderator, user, premium member, etc). There will also be a broadcaster that allows the user (on the users end) to control their camera, approve co hosts, etc.
