Ads, text link network

Hi, I need a professional development team to create a Text link and banner advertising network. basically, the website will be something like http://www.text-link-ads.com. You can take a look more on similar websites like [login to view URL] or http://adbrite.com. Must have Admin CP, tracking system, statistic system and security. In your proposal you must be able to explain and discuss those things above including your "Price/ timeline / method /portfolio" and what we will receive from you.
