Car sale and hire ecommerce website & web application

We are after a developer and designer who can create a web app which lets visitors view our cars and and buy or hire them. The website requirements are as following: · Separate sellers and buyers login and sign up · Database of cars with · Checkout + the use of Google checkout and Paypal · Simple and clean design which does not distract the visitors · Logo for the website and company · An on-site chat where clients and visitors can have instant answers to their enquiries . A point system which is based on the cars details · A system where cars get ranked based on the point system · An automated email system · A texting service (if possible) · Newsletter (monthly weekly or daily depending on members choice) · A way to let clients rate and review cars they have used or a way for me to use a sentence or two from a past customer or owner. · More than one moderators being able to modify listings and other minor things · A published ranking of the top 10% cars of the month based on client rating
