Changes to Small Flash Map

I need a Flash map modified and enhanced visually. I'm looking for Flash experts not novices, and intend to develop a long-term relationship with the right person. Please include a portfolio of Flash work with your bid. You can see the current Flash map here: [login to view URL] Attached is the map in Flash format. I need the "Southeast Ohio" area split into 2 sections (split in the very middle) and those 2 sections labelled "Southern Ohio" and "Eastern Ohio". Additionally, I would like the overall design of this map enhanced to be more appealing. I'm not satisfied with the current design. I would like to see some 3D elements like shadows, etc; a little bit of color; and less pixelation of the lines and text (anti-aliasing?). Also, I would love to see some creative way to increase the size of the section labels. Some of them are very difficult to read. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional flash object for embedding. 2) Include the Flash (.fla) file. ## Platform Any OS.
