Hello all you coders, designers, techies... My company is currently stuck between a rock and a hard place.
Our flash designer has gone awol. And this current project is over due. We seek out your speed your grace and your
expertise. We need 5 Interactive flash games developed as soon as possible, so if your up to the task by all means bid.
* We will be looking for examples of work you have done in the past.
* We will be looking at what you can offer us in a time frame (preferably less then a month).
* We wont be looking so much at price (though our budget for this particular project is low, max $500 for all 5 games
collectively). However lower bids with others of equal design skill will most likely succeed (then again maybe
not we have to judge by examples given).
More details are attached to the file within this bid. Including a couple examples of what we would like to see done.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
Must Be able to work across multiple browsers mainly popular ones such as Internet Explorer, Netscape, Opera, Mozilla (or mozilla style browsers)
A couple of the flash games require the ability to work with and run PHP and MySQL scripts, methods to do so can be developed between the coder and us. (as described in the attached file)
