Current Website Wants New Design

My current website is PromptInternet (dotcom). I want the SAME exact content so you see on my site into the design I stumbled across that I really, really like at guardianedge (dotcom) I would want: My logo in upper left The gray boxes on their site to be either a lighter shade gray on mine or possibly the blue of my logo ALL THE SHADOWING DETAIL THEY DO The navigation to be the blue of my logo and not the green they use Instead of Resources, Contact Us and Search bbox, it would be Contact Us and then Newsletter Sign Up Latest News in bottom left would be My Most Recent Blog Post section In the Spotlight would be Case Studies with a nice image promoting it What's Hot would be 3 sections that i would give you info for I MIGHT add something for content in between the header and bottom sections ---- Inside pages would look like the site i liked buy my content would NOT change from what you see on my current site ----- Header on home page would be flash with soft fade in. Inside page headers would be still images (the images that are currently headers on my site, but like how they do it on the site i like: small crop with a soft blue color faded over them. I want the same quality you see in gradients, font, buttons and shadowing you see on this site, if you can't replicate it DON'T WASTE MY TIME or yours.
