Custom Banners

We need 2 custom 468x60 banners, 2 125x125 banners and 2 100x100's resized from the 125x125's (duplicates) in as little time as possible. We want the banners to be eye catching, flashy, **_TOP QUALITY_** banners. Please only bid if you are able to produce quality banners as we will not accept poor quality work (we've lost alot of money doing that in the past). We do not have any specific layout and will need consultation on that area as we are not very artiscally inclined. Also, please include links to or copies of banners you have done in the past. A bonus will be rewarded for quality work. Thank you for reviewing our bid request, **HAPPY HOLIDAYS!** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). 4) Banners must be presented for approval prior to release of funds and must have watermarks on them. ## Platform **.gif only**
