add video conference ability to website

We would like to create a video teaching interface so that music students on our site can connect with their teachers for live video streaming music lessons. Also, there are a few small fixes that need to be taken care of with the current website pages under construction. Teachers and students can connect via live video streaming/conferencing. advice needed as to what is the best way to do this on a shared server (if possible) 2.? ? ? ? ? Teachers and students need a way to be able to upload and view files right from the video screen if desired( for example: sheet music/word files/etc...) and also upload .mp3 files for teaching purposes. 3.? ? ? ? ? Should be integrated into existing website at: [[login to view URL]][1] (still under construction) and it should contain any other useful features/tools needed for teaching. 4.? ? ? ? ? Video screen needs a way to determine that the student and teacher are both online and ready to connect for their scheduled lesson times. ? Misc. 1.? ? ? ? ? current photo upload script fails sometimes, but unable to determine why.
