C# class library project to create a server side object that helps me to convert a PowerPoint PPT file to SWF file

Description: I need a C# class library project, to create a server side object that helps me to convert a PowerPoint PPT file to SWF file format (Flash). This object will be usually called from a asp.net page. About the conversion The conversion must be a vector to vector, it means that all shapes from PPT must be converted to SWF as vector shapes, and not as bitmaps. As well as, audio included in PPT must be converted in mp3 audio format. Standard button actions (external page link, jump to another slide, etc) must be converted. Standard animation must be converted. The swf movie must have: - A main area that show the current slide - The title of the presentation and the title of the single PPT slide. - a navigation area: with 5 slide (the current must be highlighted as in the sample), with the possibility to click on a slide to go directly to that slide - a time frame bar - a control bar with stop, play, pause, jump to next/previuos slide. Each PowerPoint Slide must be converted to 1 Flash SWF Frame, with a stop action on each frame. The stop time must be adjustable. The resulting Flash SWF file should be reasonable file size, seeing how SWF is a relatively compact file format. The SWF file should be able to scale (as vector shapes do) without distorting. API public methods We need at least a public method of the object to run the conversion that needs those parameters: - input PowerPoint file - output Flash File - image compression level ( 0 ??" 100 ) - audio compression level (Kbit/s , mono - stereo) - time before jump to the next slide (sec.) - pause between on-click animation (sec.). - culture for localization. - Movie width: for optimized images size. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Summary list of technical requirements: The type of project will be a c# class library project with all the source code needed to make it working. The application needs to support these PowerPoint file versions: 97/2000/2002/2003 This application will run in an IIS server environment, so it will need to be able to run multiple instances at the same time, so we would like to avoid the use of Microsoft Automation objects. We prefer that PowerPoint will not be installed on the server that runs this object. If any external components is needed it must don’t have any license cost and we prefer that is .net managed code.
