contents fetching

I'm looking for a script in "php" that allows me to fetch and grab contents such as news and headline from remote sites. - I need this script in a full customized and a dvanced .. so it can grab the contents and I can offer this servic to the webmasters to use such news in their sites. - The remote contents or the news should be added by me and offer it as one of resources which I can add multi-sites such as(BBC,CNN,SPORTS) and the webmaster can use one of these sources are suitable. - I don't need a registration system for this service because I can use a kind of permisson such as adding his/her domain in the control panel in order to allow him/her to use this service or I can disable this function to make it available for all. - The user can modify the appearance of the news by edditing the fonts, colores and the way of showing the news(ticker,streamer or full page) through a rapid page that generate a code in java script or iframe. - I need this script also support RSS feed so I can add some sources which use rss .. including to the main fuction of this script which I can determine the start Tag and the end of the contents that we need. that's it ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
