Hello, I seem to be jumping from one coder to another! I have therefore decided to try and work with one person (if possible) to save time and money. Here is what I am looking for.. 1. You must live in Australia and be contactable by land line, IM and mail online. 2. You must be highly preficient in wordpress css, mysql, design of themes, design/fix plugins. Web design would be a bonus, html, xhtml. 3. Have decent design skills with wordpress themes, colors, fonts, designing, etc. 4. Have skills of coding in other areas/applications/software types. 5. Have some knowledge of internet marketing and seo although not essential. Work hours will vary and range anywhere from 10 to 40 hours per month to start just to make sure we work together well. Apart from the jobs above I may also get you to apply for jobs on some freelance sites that we will then work on if we win these bids. I am looking for a decent hourly rate and I will then pay bonuses where possible depending on the jobs that come in. Mostly I am looking for someone reliable who can get work done within a reasonable period of time and does not need supervision... knows what they are doing. Thanks, Chris. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform n/a
