Require membership based, blog voting and tabulation abilities on a per blog basis. Requires the ability to display updated advertising based revenues from the site as this is the number from which the percentage payout of the Blog Lottery is derived. Requires the ability to monitor when new content is added within 30 day window. *Must be able to compare with previous content for repetitions. All Blog must carry ongoing voting tally's. Require only other members can enter individual blog entries into the Blog Lottery therefore authoring member cannot submit their own blog entries. Requires account customization for individual members. Simple scalability is mandatory for growth.
