Hi Everyone, I am looking for someone to help me build a website that will be used as a learning module. I want to build an educational website around a virtual patient. So for example the website will look like this: Main Page: introduction and a button to start the virtual patient case Page #1: Patient presents with a history of seizure. What would you like to do? I want to have a few options that the user can pick (like a multiple choice format) Page #2: A short quiz Page #3: a few background information about seizures (information provided) Page #4: ask the user again about what should be the next steps in managing this patient? Hi there!, I understood what you want but have few questions for you. - How and from where questions will be displayed to users along with options to choose? Do you need admin panel to add questions for quiz along with options for each question? - Once questions/quiz submitted let me know do you want to see options chosen by user in admin panel or want to receive as an email? - Question to all user will be displayed in same order or will be displayed randomly? - User need to sigup/login before to take part in Quiz or will ask email later or don't want to ask any email or login details? - How about design? Will you provide design as psd files or html files or I need to do it? I might have other question but above are the all in my mind for now. Let me know. Thanks
