As I understand it, you want a simple site, where people needing crown funding can put in the info, similar to this site, how you put in what you need, and others can browse? It would store the info in a database, and output the info for others to browse. Would it need a way to offer funding? I have 10+ years of web development, and am an expert in PHP, MySQL, HTML, and other web development tools. For this project I would create a simple MySQL database to run the back end and handle the data transfer. I would then come up with an attractive design for the front end, and interface it with the back end. I would love to talk with you more regarding this project.
