Create a Magento Ecommerce Website

We will be creating an website exactly similar to [login to view URL] though the design will be different. This will be done on Magento Community edition. We will need to ensure.. 1) We assign PayPal for payment processing however, we will probably integrate ePDQ later 2) we would want to accept international orders also on the site. The prices could be in GBP for all and then let the payment processor ( Paypal) manage the conversion at the customers end. We will need to consider for UK based sales there is a 20% VAT but that is not applicable for non-UK customers. 3)Shipping costs will be according to where the parcel is going. We will need to set up the rules for this. 4)We would like to get reports out on how many orders they had for the week, how much there was in transactions etc . I think this is already there in Magento. 5)The email that is received when an order is placed must contain all the necessary information. 6)We would be giving different discounts to different users . I would suggest having a 10% discount and a 15% discount and when someone creates an account the administrator can add them to the relevant discount group and then their appropriate discount will be applied when they place an order. 7)In the socks world website product detail page has tabs below for the product details and carton details. The issue with this is that the information has to be manually added this information cannot be imported. We would ideally like this data also tobe imported along with product details. 8)the site needs to be SEO friendly Please provide a timeline for project completion along with you bid.
