Custom Interspire Email Template - repost

I need a custom interspire email template with the following; -must support all major email clients and not land into spam folders -must allow me to simply edit (promotional text) -must allow me to simply edit images -must edit some lines in [login to view URL] that are compromising the privacy of the domain -must leave notes in html code of where text and images need to be changed -must be able to help me upload and test the template in my interspire pls respond if you can do this via ftp & Interspire access only
