add 2 pages and tabs too forum

Require a competent freelancer that specializes in Vbulletin to implement 2 new pages, new part in forum, home page pop up, 2 tabs on home page to get to these new pages and link PayPal to one of these pages. I can supply all graphics and text information so little graphic work will be required. The forum consists of mainly US users, so this would need to be worked on early hours of the morning if you are based in the US just so it doesn’t cause too much delay.
