Automated Linux command to cast vote

Want a simple line of code that can be ran on servers which will cast a vote (for my own company) at a specific URL. The code should read a cookie, POST to the url with the cookie, read response and be sure it was casted properly. It should be a 1 line command that can be executed on a server remotely via a system() command. Worst case I am ok with a simple script. PM and I will give you the URL in question.
