Hi there, Greetings!! First and foremost, thanks for posting the job. Now moving towards your project requirement, I see that you need a system that will have the following modules which would be interrelated and these modules will include: 1) Mysql database—Here the information of the students would be properly managed and uploaded. 2) AWS simple Db—This AWS will be synced with the mysql db and where in a new student is being added that will automatically be added in the aws itself. 3) Front end (PHP driven)—All the students would be shown on the php web based page with the buddies when a new student is added in to the database, it will be shown on the particular php page but without any buddies, or you can no buddies would be assigned to the newly added student, in order to do that a mail would be sent to the current users that will have the link o f that php page, and the first one to click on that link would be buddied up with that new student if any other else student does the same, they will get the message that the student is already buddied up. This is the basic understanding that I have got after going through the requirement, let me know if we are on the same page.
