Hi, my name is Scott Yang, I'm a Senior SaaS Developer from California, US. So you must be trying to be the next Grubhub? I assume that you've already taken care of the issues with marketing and delivery drivers. If you haven't done that, please stop reading as I wouldn't want to waste your time. Now, onto the programming side, my plan is to start with CodeIgniter - a more traditional framework for PHP but it has a huge talent pool internationally. On the UI side we will take the first week applying custom styles on top of Bootstrap UI, and testing it on various platforms. On week two we can integrate external APIs such from payment gateways and locations, with your support on registering and obtaining API access to each service if not already done. Meanwhile for the first two weeks the API team will come up with a design for data models, getting them ready, and writing the CRUD controllers. For the following 4 weeks both teams will work together to add features to the site - getting the restaurant CRM and the user ordering system ready. For the last 2 weeks the teams will shift focus to testing and quality control, populating the site with sample data and testing mock orders, ironing out bugs discovered in the process in an attempt to deliver a clean product.
