CMS Slideshow Site - repost 2

I need a site whose primary purpose is to display 6-12 page galleries. This is a simple site to make, I already made it using Wix but I'm switching to wordpress for faster hosting. I need someone to design the template for the gallery in which I will be able to duplicate and edit once I have it. This template page must consist of 1. Gallery Title 2. Next/Prev Buttons 3. Space for Adsense Code 4. Gallery SubTitle 5. Image 6. Text Under Image 7. Space For Adsense Code 8.
