We may want to have a “LINGERING FART?? on the right hand side to continue to blow out. We are doing some rough drafts at [[login to view URL]][1]take a look. Our launch date is mid May. We are in need of a programmer to do both the data base of the website and the design and feel of the site. We basically will be happy with a [login to view URL] type site. Initially we will be using Paypal for payment, but in the future we will want our own check out secure order system. The secure order system will need to take the order and build it into a CSV file so our order manager software can download it and process the credit card details. Basically if you can get it to build a CSV file with the customers, name, address, phone credit card number, item purchased ect, we can import it. We would like the customer to be able to order an item with an account or check out with out setting up an account. The site needs to light a match when the item is sold out. All orders will be in one file. We will provide the SSL site. We will need to be able to schedule start times for products via day/month and time. i.e. 12:01AM 4-4-2007 start time. We have a CSV file that we will load to the server, with the product name, sku, weight, price, sale price, shipping cost, start time ect. We have a supply chain that can give us products daily all we need is the website developed for selling. Just look at the [login to view URL] and other sites like woot and send us a bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform must work on all platforms
