Continuation of Existing Project - Accommodation Portal

This a a project that we have started with a South African Company. Thus far we have spent a considerable amount of money towards the project which turns out that we are being vastly overcharged considering the mount of work that still needs to be done. The project is a Accommodation Type Portal almost SafariNow [ <[login to view URL]> ] and most of the work has been done in terms of the look and feel and the admin side in terms of the CMS fucntionalty. What we need is someone to take over the project ASAP and finish it to specs. There are some issues with SEO and meta tags that needs to be built in. (the fields from each listing from the database needs to be inserted so that it becoems the meta tag title and description on each of the listing pages) refer the "Issue with the current site structure - Gateway [login to view URL]" file attached.
