Bidding website

It's a website where users can bid on objects put up for auction by the admin. Users have a certain amount of credit and with that credit they can bid on a product, but they can only bid a fixed amount set by the admin. Each time they bid that amount gets substracted from their credit. Each auction has a time set by the admin (e.g. 2 min.). When the auction starts the timer counts down to 0. When a user bids the counter resets to 2 min and counts down again. If the timer gets to 0 the last user to bid wins the product. Database: 1. AMDIN - userlist; can modify : username/ credits / view user information (except email and password) that includes address, phone and credits/ won bets(auctions) - offers ??" view / add ->picture ??" details ??" price - counter / delete / stop / reset 2.
