Bulk Create 3000 slideshow videos from photos and text provided

I need to create bulk slideshows for each house listing for my site. Each house has images , price city info etc. in excel which needs to be added in text scroller. I have made the template in Flash file, you will have to either adapt that into another platform, or use that as is to bulk generate 3000 videos in either FLV or AVI format. Work needs to be done before end of week. I am looking for programmer who can design such application/ or make it in flash, i want the slideshow videos in FLV or AVI format result.
