Card Game Online

Preferably, it would be written in Java and put in an applet to run in a web browser. However, it can be written in any language. Players can join the table with as much virtual money as they choose (it would be a free game). Or play with computer. Players would be able to communicate to each other through built in chat function. The game is similar to mahjong and will be played by 3 person. (complete details later).
