Clonable Clickbank Product website

I need a website built from scratch that offers links directly to Clickbank products. An example of such a site can be found at http://www.cbmall.com. Also reveiw [login to view URL] to get an idea of the number of pages, and different categories available on Clickbank. This site needs to be cloneable so I can sell it to others. This would require the ability to change all of the links to affiliates who purchase a clone of the site. I would like the clone to have the ability to be branded per the purchasers request which would include there own company name and header graphic. The database need would be to track purchaser information and embed there own personal Clickbank ID so they would receive the commisions. The site will consist of many pages, and needs to include all categories available on Clickbank. I would also like the ability to add Google Adsense to all pages.
