Customize Auction Software. (php, html, flash, mysql)(repost)

This project involves customizing an auction software that is already on the web. The software is in PHP. The ftp and mysql are already running. The software has everything, but I need to make modifications. I am splitting up the jobs into a number of smaller projects. If the coder I choose does a good job on the first project, I will pay to do additional projects. 1) Store Account Page: Add Joint Accounts a. These accounts will be able to list items but will be unable to edit 1) payment options, 2)prefilled auction set-ups, 3)main account listed items, or 4)store account(all payments go directly to main account). Store will be able to manage accounts using the same template as on the admin user management (I will provide the dreamweaver template for this which is pasted to the picture below). Most of this code can be copied but loops and else if’s will be needed to allow the joint accounts to only list and see the items they are selling. 2) Change Store Page Template and add features to store account to edit: a. In the store member’s page you will see store features the store can edit such as one picture, about page, and store categories. I would like to change the template of the store, adding a few pictures, contact, choice of colors, and blog. A set up similar would be <[login to view URL]>. I would also like the categories and site status shown on the left of the page to be gone. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP, Dreamweaver, MySql.
