Argouml is an open source tool available online. This tool helps users to draw UML diagrams like use case, sequence, state chart diagrams. I need a developer to add an icon to the toolbar of state chart diagram - similar to the already existing tool (simple state, composite state), where on clicking the new tool, it should perform the action of the state diagram and the text box tool simultaneously. Finally - on clicking the new tool, it should display the states along with a text box to write some text.
