binfire.mobi development

We have a .com web site and need to develop also .mobi site. The project includes the development of the server side code as well as the WAP code for a selected cell phone (one carrier for now). The coder should have access to a WAP cell phone for development and testing and the bid should include any air time needed. The type and model of the cell phone should be coordinated with the buyer to ensure that both parties have acess to the same cell phone. The coder should have previous experience in .mobi development. For detailed spec see attached document.
