AJAX PHP/MySQL search redo

I have a search that has been worked on by 3 programmers in its evolution. It needs to be redone. Go to: [login to view URL] You can use 3909 Irvin, 89141 There is a search there. I am no expert, but I think that there is a much better way to structure this search and make it a lot faster. In addition, the code is not as well organized as I would like. We have all the existing code and queries, google map tools worked out and also the layout and format will be the same (with a minor change or two) I want all the results to be gathered on the initial query for the listings. Then I want to have an ajax non page loading interface to switch between the different results. I want the results to be organized in a nice object, including the search criteria, so that we do not have to re query. The info will be retained in the session. When a listing is selected and the details page is viewed, that info is also sessioned in the object so the query does not have to run again.[][1]
