Auction Script Modification

I need someone with extensive php experience to modify an auction script for me. The script needs to be modified to accept dutch auction or multiple quantities for each item. For example if i have a listing with 50 in quantity, the best 50 bids win. Please see PMB for the link to the script. Also see the attached screen shot to see how i want to script to work Payment will be in GAF Escrow until the adjustments are 100% tested. This is small project so bid accordingly. Thanks
