Auto Fill online Script Based on a data from database

What i need is: After i log into the system. An online script that when i type the adress at the textbox and press enter: - the script check the website that was writted at the textbox, and scan for textboxes and forms after find an input, check what type is the input and which is the subject of the input. ex. Name [________] , 1-the script find an input 2-try find near at the code which is the subject about it. 3- then get it from the database and fill the input. do it around all the website that was choosen and stop. 4- Then the user check if it's all right 5- then the user submit the form. About the script: I need to be able to add the VARs that are check at each input. for exemple, at the case of the input name, i need to be able to add VAR like Name, Nome, Nombre. and then it goes.
