Automatic bill creator & sender CSV opencart

I need someone who can create a script for creating automatic bills as a pdf and send the bill automatically after created to the receiver. also it should be possible to download it. i have opencart shopping system, therefore i have CSV - export of customerdata like customer name, adress, what he has ordered, his mail adress.. it should work like this: i go to a backend you create with login, i login and can upload the csv file, after uploaded, the script generates automatical bills.. i have a doc template of the bill.. the bills should look like the template.. the bills should have the customer name, adress, what he ordered on to it. also for every bill a new number (so bill 1 has number 498, bill 2 number 499 etc..). after uploading the csv pdf can be also downloaded and send to the customer.. so it would be nice if i would have login where i put in my username + password, afterwards an upload field where to upload the csv.. when uploaded i see the bills and i can klick for every bill "send" or "download", because i have to print the bills also for myself. wenn i click "send" i can send every bill for itself, also "print" for itself. also it should be possible to have a button "print all" and "send all", to print all by once or send all by once. as e-mailadress the receiver should see my mailadress, as subject he should see something like "your bill"... maybe it is possible to put some more infos into these bill mails like discounts.. it would be nice if i could edit this thing everytime i want. so the script should be also easy to understand. i hope you understand what i need an can help me.
