Blog admin panel help

Hello, I have a simple blog and Have configured AdministrasjonPanel for that. I have given Admin panel work to some other programmer and he is not able to continue due to time constraints. We need a faster coder who is good at JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX & Php to finish the below things. 1. Write Post, should support a field called 'Tags' using 2. Write Post page should support file upload so that the user can add images and videos and add them inside the blog content 3. Keys part needs to be done 4. Separate 'Tags' section should be added where she can add/edit tags and have a short statistics on popular tags 5. A comments section where she can moderate comments, remove, preview. Also banning the commenter permanently from reading the blog using IP address 6. Login logout should be implemented for Admin Panel 7. Removing any unwanted menus and total clean up of Admin panel need's to be done.
