This sounds like a fun project! The bot would search for projects based on criteria provided by the user. The bot would then scrape the project description. It would automatically reject projects that contain certain key terms supplied by user (for example C++ if you do not know that language). The bot could be run 24 hours a day from a VPS. The bot would scrape the average bid and then bid a percentage of that based on user input. The bot would then enter a proposal containing text inputted by the user. Text could be spun and random delays could be incorporated for safety.
